Meet Neil
My career with Coldwell Banker Burnet began in 2001 when I was named “Rookie of the Year” at the Minneapolis South office. I approach my work and personal life with dedication, discipline and drive. I am passionate about serving my clients with integrity and the highest degree of professional service.
Prior to working as a Realtor, I was employed as a Property Manager for a large Condominium and Townhome management company. I have also worked for non-profit community based organizations on neighborhood revitalization efforts. I feel that my professional background and education from the University of Minnesota Urban Studies program has provided me with an array of tools I can use to assist my clients
Originally from England, I came to Minnesota in 1988 to visit family and I decided to stay. When I’m not working, or playing with my dogs, I enjoy training for and racing in endurance sports events. My wife Kelly and I have completed dozens of running races and triathlons including 4 Ironman distance races. In September, 2005, in grueling conditions, I had the race of my life at Ironman Wisconsin, finishing in 11:59:50……beating my goal by just 10 seconds!
